Another core benefit was the improvement of communication and collaboration across the team, which has led to a more streamlined approach to teamwork and more meaningful experiences to customers.
“Communication has always been a struggle within our company however Dan has given us the tools to better understand how and why the importance of communication is the key to any successful organisation.
