Before starting 1000 Feet Deep, Dan owned a construction company, earning multiple state and national awards for excellence in customer service, performance, and growth. But before the climb was the chaos and it's from his experience in managing challenges, scaling business and maintaining culture under pressure that now shapes his mission to equip leaders with a clear, actionable game plan for long-term success.

Anthony Kirby - Sales & Growth Strategist

Anthony has built a reputation for setting the bar high. Starting in new home sales, he broke multiple records with some of the industry’s largest builders before moving into sales management, where he led recruitment and training for 14 display home locations across South East Queensland. His success later saw him establish the Queensland division for one of NSW’s biggest builders.

In 2015, Anthony launched Business Growth Co. to share his expertise in building high-performing teams and thriving companies. Since then, he has partnered with hundreds of builders and now co-leads Build Mentor, helping create a world-class environment for builders to grow with confidence and community.
